Do I need to pay business rates?

Most small business occupiers are eligible for small business relief where the RV is below a certain level and our Building Manager will be pleased to point you in the right direction to apply for this relief through the council.

Do you charge VAT?

All rents and additional services, premiums etc charged to the occupiers of the Building are subject to VAT at the applicable rate at the date of invoicing.

What are the contract terms?

The offices are available to let on fully inclusive terms for a minimum of 6 or 12 months or otherwise agreed by the Building Manager. As your business expands we can provide additional space and our Building Manager is available to discuss various options to suit your present and future requirements, including storage areas.

How do I arrange to view your office space?

Simply make an appointment with the Building Manager.

Is parking available?

We offer parking to tenants and visitors.

What does the rent include?

Rent at Audley House is payable monthly and is inclusive of electricity, heating, air/conditioning, kitchens on each of the 3 floors, private car park and a Ground Floor Reception, normally open from 9.30am – 2.30pm.
